Abstract: Discussed the adoption of performance based assessment (PBA) and using the Written Communication and Intercultural Knowledge & Competence VALUE rubrics for reporting objectives within general education. Difficulties related to reliable and valid ratings by faculty are addressed; needing raters who are willing to follow the evidence-based practices, using annotations, and time commitment.
